Maternity & Nursing Bras – Your bust size is going
to go up and down over the next several months and soreness in the
breasts is really common. Did you know that pregnant/nursing moms are
not supposed to wear underwire? The rigid wires can cause pressure on
the milk ducts, causing a clog or infection which really hurts and can
interfere with breastfeeding.
If you are on the large side in the bust area and must have the extra support, look for flexible wires. Alternate your bra each day…if you don’t let the elastic in the band rest between each wearing, it will stretch out faster.
